Reliance Vantara: Animal rescue and rehabilitation centre at Jamnagar, Gujarat

OVERVIEW
'Vantara,' meaning 'Star Of The Forest,' this expansive initiative spans 3,000 acres within Reliance's Jamnagar Refinery Complex, often referred to as the Green Belt Of Gujarat. Under Elephant Design's team I worked towards the digital interaction points and kiosk information panels placed within the complex, providing navigation, information and education about the species and animal inhabitants and their personal stories.

The Vantara sanctuary consists of 6 islands, 4 of which cater to different elephant needs, a lion island and other animals.
Elephants reside with their human caregiver - a mahavat, who assists in the rehabilitation process.

An extensive style guide of grid systems, typography, island based color palettes and visual assets, Navigation Assets, Illustrations and Iconnography was created & tested onto the designs.
